Adequan i.m. Equine
Adequan® I.M. (100 mg/5 mL) for Equine is a prescription medication recommended for intramuscular use that is used in the treatment of arthritis, degenerative joint disease (not caused by infections), or joint injury with associated lameness. Adequan I.M. restores synovial fluid, stimulates cartilage repair, and decreases inflammation and joint pain. Adequan I.M. is Polysulfated Glycosaminoglycan and should be injected intramuscularly.
Adequan i.m. (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan) is recommended for the intramuscular treatment of non-infectious degenerative and/or traumatic joint dysfunction and associated lameness of the carpal and hock joints in horses.
