Prevail Flunixin Meglumine Equine Paste is recommended for the alleviation of inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders in horses. Each 30-gram syringe of Prevail Paste contains flunixin meglumine equivalent to 1,500 mg flunixin. Flunixin meglumine is a potent non-narcotic, non-steroidal analgesic agent with anti-inflammatory and fever-reducing activity. The recommended dose of Prevail Paste is 0.5 mg per lb. of body weight once daily. One syringe will treat a 1,000 lb. horse once daily for three days. Apple flavor.
