With Neomycin, Polymyxin-B, and Dexamethasone, this combination treatment contains two antibiotics, neomycin and polymixin B, to kill bacteria and help stop the infection. Dexamethasone, a corticosteroid, effectively reduces inflammation and itching associated with the infection. Shake suspension well before each use, store medicine in a dry place at room temperature away from sunlight. Keep lid on when not using. Be sure to wait 5 minutes after application before introducing any other medication to the eye.
